THE NAME
The EquiShares name is derived from two words, “Equity” and “Shares”. When combined together, these two forces define our objective: To create wealth through real estate partnerships. As an organization, we strive to create both value and beauty. The results are a superior product for our customers and excellent financial returns for our investors.

PARTNERSHIP
Since 2002, Equishares and its partners have been investing in real estate opportunities. Our sole focus is on assembling and managing a portfolio of compelling, opportunistic real estate investments.
JOINT VENTURE EQUITY
Tuesday Properties will fund value-add, opportunistic, distressed and core real estate that require repositioning as well as new construction using a combination of debt and equity to maximize returns for our partners. We will joint venture and will fund up to 100% of the purchase price plus rehab costs of a property.
