THE NAME
The EquiShares name is derived from two words, “Equity” and “Shares”. When combined together, these two forces define our objective: To create wealth through real estate partnerships. Since 2002, Equishares and its partners have been investing in real estate opportunities. Our sole focus is on assembling and managing a portfolio of compelling, opportunistic real estate investments.

JOINT VENTURE EQUITY
Tuesday Properties will fund value-add, opportunistic, distressed and core real estate that require repositioning as well as new construction using a combination of debt and equity to maximize returns for our partners. We will joint venture and will fund up to 100% of the purchase price plus rehab costs of a property.
